All That Glitters

As some of you out there know, I started in this business years ago decorating and designing wedding cakes.  One thing led to another and pretty soon I was making one of a kind home decor out of antiques and junk.  I am so happy to be introducing to you, two ladies that I call , “queens of junk.”  Holly Baublitz and Becky Ellis have a God-given gift of taking old rejected pieces of whatever, and making it a thing of divine beauty.   My lovely friends  started out about 10 years ago doing shows out of their homes and around Spokane.  Two years ago they took the plunge and opened a store on Trent.  They specialize in taking the past and making it come alive, re-purposing old things to new style and design.  All you brides out there, do you envision your wedding with a twist of Vintage Chic?  This is the place to come for those oh so special props.  Becky’s wedding cakes were recently featured in Where Women Cook.  My, All That Glitter girls, also styled the after party for the Farm Chicks alongside Celeste Shaw from Chaps restaurant and Cake Bakery.  Store hours are 11 to 4 Fridays and Saturdays.  You can find Holly and Becky’s booth at Custer’s Craft Show at the fairgrounds this weekend and the Farm Chicks Show on June 4th and 5th.

What a great mobile and tea light holder, I love it!

This dream wreath has my name written all over it.

Look what can be made from tissue paper and coffee filters, ballerinas!

So Pretty!
